Not Chicken Pox??

So I took Max to the doctor today to confirm the diagnosis. She said she "wouldn't call" them chicken pox because he has had the both immunization shots and they are not exactly tale tell chicken pox. She "couldn't say" what they were either, even though they continue to appear on him. So we are back to school tomorrow with a doctor declared not contagious slip. I guess if I'm right about the chicken pox then Luke should get them some time in the next week and a half. We shall see...I have definitely been wrong before, hopefully that's the case this time.

well maybe tgey are and then Luke can be rid of having to get that vaccine.

That *is* odd. Though, I've heard of two things: 1) Kids getting more mild chicken pox because of the vaccine, and 2) doctors refusing to admit that a disease could be present in a vaccinated child (even though they're never 100%).

I guess I'll wait to hear if Luke gets them! We just finished up our taxes, and the refund we're owed means that I could definitely afford a trip to visit, if it really is Chicken Pox. ;)

That is really weird! Do you think he may have gotten into something in the yard or had some reaction to something? Are they all over him? Rylan and I once had a viral thing, thanks to having kids I got it too, and it was only on our hands. (not hand, foot & mouth disease) But it made these little red bumps under our skin on the inside of our palms and they felt like little splinters. My Dr. couldn't tell me what they were. I was so annoyed by that. He just said they were viral. It took like a month or more to go away. I hope he gets cleared up soon!
