As promised here are some pictures from the weekend Meredith was baptized. Doug's parents came into town for it and Mike and Sher too. We had a great time as you can see. Meredith was very excited that they could be there on her special day. Her Baptism was a on Saturday at 10am. Grandma and Grandpa gave the talks and Dad baptized her. Afterward we hung ate lunch and hung out for a while playing the Wii (thank you Mike and Sher), playing Rummikub, and getting massages by Meredith. Later we drove around a bit and hung out at the beach for a while, bringing home pizza for dinner. Yum!!!

We had a great weekend and will see them all again when we go to Georgia for a little summer vacation over the 4th of July.

I can hardly believe Mer is 8 and baptized already. And I'm really sad we don't have plans to see you guys this year! :(
But it looks like a fantastic day. Mer looks gorgeous in her white baptism dress. Mike looks so much like Doug! And we even have matching Nursery Rhyme blankets. :)

Congratulations, Mer! What a fun celebration! It sounded like you all had a great weekend, and I'm only sorry my family didn't make it out to see the first Markos Grandkid get baptized. Love the blog!!
